Tasks and responsibilities

  • Be the liaison between the customer and our team

  • On-board customers and configure their search

  • Manage the integration process and up-sell our other products

  • Work with the dev team to prioritize features based on customer requests

  • Work closely with sales, meet customers, attend meetings, give demos

  • Manage A/B tests and regularly inform customers about their results

Criteria

  • Mid-level proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Patient and a friendly attitude with customers

  • Organized/structured work

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics/GTM is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal English
