Tasks and responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close (with help from the Head of Sales)

  • Lead sales efforts within the territory and improve the sales strategy

  • Arrange and attend meetings with prospects and give product demos

  • Proactively attend eCommerce industry events and network with prospects

  • Establish customer needs and sell accordingly

  • Leverage internal resources and work with other teams to make selling successful

  • Work with monthly targets and KPIs

  • Be in continuous contact with C-level management of leading eCommerce companies

  • Research the market and stay on top of trends

  • Take over Polish sales operations within 1 year of starting (both new and existing business) and manage the team – grow into Country Manager

  • Frequent travel to customers involved (mostly in Poland)

  • Report sales team status regularly

  • Ability to manage hundreds of prospects at a time

Criteria

  • We are looking for someone who is eager to do sales and meet new people. Someone who wants to be the best sales person in the country.

  • 4+ year of sales experience in the ecommerce or tech sector

  • Previous experience managing a sales team

  • Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas

  • Negotiate deals and successfully close them

  • Ability to effectively prioritize own and team tasks

  • Native Polish proficiency

  • Good command of English (in order to communicate with the team)

  • Positive attitude and love of selling

  • Good if you have previous experience of hiring/building a sales team

  • Good if you have an existing eCommerce network
