Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close (with help from the Head of Sales)
Lead sales efforts within the territory and improve the sales strategy
Arrange and attend meetings with prospects and give product demos
Proactively attend eCommerce industry events and network with prospects
Establish customer needs and sell accordingly
Leverage internal resources and work with other teams to make selling successful
Work with monthly targets and KPIs
Be in continuous contact with C-level management of leading eCommerce companies
Research the market and stay on top of trends
Take over Polish sales operations within 1 year of starting (both new and existing business) and manage the team – grow into Country Manager
Frequent travel to customers involved (mostly in Poland)
Report sales team status regularly
Ability to manage hundreds of prospects at a time
We are looking for someone who is eager to do sales and meet new people. Someone who wants to be the best sales person in the country.
4+ year of sales experience in the ecommerce or tech sector
Previous experience managing a sales team
Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
Negotiate deals and successfully close them
Ability to effectively prioritize own and team tasks
Native Polish proficiency
Good command of English (in order to communicate with the team)
Positive attitude and love of selling
Good if you have previous experience of hiring/building a sales team
Good if you have an existing eCommerce network
Generous commission – much higher than industry standards
