We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales to join our Customer Success team in Poland. The ideal candidate is someone with a technical background who likes to interact with customers. Currently, the Customer Success team consists of 10 employees, but we are looking for our first Polish Customer Success colleague to join our growing team.
Some of our Polish customers are: Taniaksiazka.pl, Bee.pl, Aptekazawiszy.pl, Militaria.pl, Selsey.pl.
If you have software developer experience or education, and you like to interact with customers, then this role is for you.
Tasks and responsibilities
Work closely with sales to build enterprise customer relationships
Attend enterprise customer demos as the technical authority
Coordinate the integration of our search modules (work with customer and Prefixbox Integration Team)
Regularly educate customers on product features
Influence product development based on customer feedback
Advanced/native Polish proficiency
Web development background
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Patient and a friendly attitude with customers
Organized, structured, and independent worker
Written and verbal English skills (communication with the Budapest team will be in English)
