After years with Unbxd, I was ready for a change. The platform often felt clunky and confusing, with too much manual work required just to keep things running. Technical issues were frequent, support was slow to respond, and new features rolled out at a crawl. [...] Add in the higher price point and long contract, and it just didn't feel like a good fit anymore.

[...] The difference in the onboarding experience has been night and day. Aaron and the team have been incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive in walking me through every step. The testing phase has gone smoothly, and I've had plenty of opportunities to try things out and give feedback.

We spent months working with Unbxd trying to display color swatches, but we were never able to implement anything. This process was a breeze with Prefixbox. Now we can create a more visually appealing filter menu with loads more sorting options than what I had in Unbxd.
