Media Markt wanted to optimize the search solution in its online store to decrease its zero result search rate and increase conversion rate and revenue.

Related Searches are relevant alternative suggestions based on semantic relations and user behavior, strategically placed at the top and bottom of the SERP to help shoppers efficiently refine their search.
